Our bookings and client information are managed by Halaxy. For piece of mind, your details, patient records, and notes are protected by 256-bit bank grade security and encryption, the same level required by banks. Further, when interacting with Halaxy, you will always be required to perform two factor verification. Patient records are confidential, and that is why Williams Health has chosen Halaxy, with their top level security.

After you make your first booking, you will be sent a patient intake form with some additional questions about the health issues you are facing and the results you are looking for.  Further, an invoice will be emailed to you, attached with the payment details at the bottom of the invoice. For face to face bookings payment is to be made on the day.  Payment is via online.  Please specify whether you require an online or face to face consultation.  Face to face consultations are in Christchurch.
